Gluten-free vegan breadcrumbs are designed as a versatile alternative to classic breadcrumbs for people with gluten intolerance and vegans. They provide a light, crispy texture and are suitable for savory and sweet dishes.
Breadcrumbs are perfect for breading vegetables, tofu, meatballs and other products, as well as for use in baking or sweet toppings. The product does not contain animal ingredients and gluten.
Ingredients: gluten-free flour blend (corn starch, rice flour, vegetable fiber (psyllium, bamboo), whole rice flour 3.8%, lentil flour 3.6%, dextrose, thickener: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; salt), grape seed oil, yeast, rapeseed lecithin, salt.
