Gluten-free vegan sweet dumplings with plums and nuts are a comforting, carefully prepared dish that combines gluten-free dough with a rich fruit and nut filling. Each dumpling is shaped by hand, with attention to both flavor and quality.
The dumplings are perfect as a dessert or a sweet meal, served with plant-based butter, cinnamon, or plant-based yogurt. The product contains no gluten or ingredients of animal origin, making it suitable for special dietary needs.
Ingredients: gluten-free flour blend (corn starch, rice flour, sorghum flour, rice starch, dextrose, vegetable fibers (psyllium), pea protein, thickener: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), tapioca starch, psyllium husk, vegetable oil, almonds, prunes (potassium sorbate), cinnamon, sugar.

Preparation instructions:
Bring water to a boil with spices (for example, sugar and cinnamon).
Remove the dumplings from the freezer and place them in boiling water.
Cook for approximately 8–10 minutes, until the dumplings float to the surface and increase in size.
Storage
Store frozen at –18 °C or below. Do not refreeze after thawing.
