Gluten-free vegan dumplings with blueberries are a sweet dish that combines soft gluten-free dough with a rich berry filling.
They are perfect as a dessert or a sweet meal, served with plant-based butter, plant-based yogurt, or cinnamon. The product contains no ingredients of animal origin and no gluten, making it suitable for special dietary needs.
Ingredients: gluten-free flour blend (corn starch, rice flour, corn flour, vegetable fiber (psyllium, bamboo), whole rice flour 3.8%, lentil flour 3.6%, dextrose, thickeners: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, guar gum; dextrose; salt), tapioca starch, psyllium husk, sugar, xanthan gum, grape seed oil, wild blueberry mixture (sugar, blueberries (30%), water, glucose-fructose syrup, modified starch, acids (citric acid), pectin, cellulose, potassium sorbate, natural flavoring), rhubarb powder.
May contain traces of soy, nuts, and other seeds.

Preparation instructions:
Option 1
Bring water to a boil (a sweetener may be added if desired) and add the frozen dumplings. After the dumplings float to the surface, cook for an additional 2–3 minutes. Serve with berry sauce or another topping of your choice. Enjoy your meal.
Option 2
Bring berry soup to a boil, add the dumplings, and cook for 2–3 minutes after they float to the surface. Enjoy your meal.
Storage
Store frozen at –18 °C or below. Do not refreeze after thawing.
